Description:

ICC has mastered change to keep its position as a leader. With products developed to handle the
evolving needs of increased rate of outputs and to meet more exacting quality standards worldwide.
Innovation has become an ongoing process at ICC. Recent developments include special alloy steel
wires in the Maxus, Primus and Tenace series, a new generation of Triumph Tops and specially
developed AeroDoffer Wires for better doffing.

Responsibilities:

 Maintain, Administer oracle databases ranging from 10gb to 1TB.

 Helping users in case of any connectivity issues while using apps.
 Extensive patching.
 Performing cloning and DB refresh.
 Refreshing the databases for client requirement.
 Reducing the timelines of the patching using various features like Defaults file and Merge Patch
 Relinking the oracle Apps programs.
 Monitoring Alerts and table space growth proactively.
 Involved in 11.5.9 to 11.5.10 upgradation process.
 Observe patch impact and applying application patches including pre-req.
 Familiarity with AD utilities (adpatch, adadmin, adlicmgr, adctrl etc.)
 Resolved the apps invalids using adadmin tool.
 Resolved the apache issues by checking the log files.
 Troubleshooting the concurrent managers issues.

innovative products enable organizations to effectively manage and protect business-critical
communications, with capabilities that span secure file transfer, encryption, data loss prevention and
email security

Responsibilities:

 Maintenance of installed Oracle 9i database.

 Created databases for test and development.
 Checking space availability in tablespaces and adding space if they reaches threshold.
 User account management – by locking the un-used accounts.
 Involved in migrating the tablespaces using OATM
 Involved in Registering the Off-Cycle products using Adsplice.
 Managing the Concurrent Managers and its operations like starting, stopping the concurrent
managers, re-schedule the requests, purging and monitoring of the concurrent manager
operations.
 Trouble shouted issues like apache jserver and concurrent managers
 Applied ONE-OFF, MINI PACK, FAMILY PACK, Techstack and Rollup Patches.
 Cloned test databases from production ( both from hot and cold backups)
 Done Generation of forms using both adadmin and F60GEN.
 Monitoring backups of databases and archives.
 Storage management including adding datafiles to the tablespaces and distributing them
among different disks to reduce I/O contention.
