UTILIZACIN
Este kit se utiliza para proteger y aislar: El empalme y extremo final de los cables calefactores: AKO-1212, AKO-5231, AKO-712545 El empalme de un cable calefactor y un cable aislado para alimentacin del tipo H07RN-F, RV-K 0.6/1 kV, VV-K 0.6/1 kV de 2 x 1.5 mm2

APPLICATION
This kit is used to protect and insulate: The splice and end of heating cables: AKO-1212, AKO-5231, AKO-712545 The splice of one heating cable and one insulated power supply cable H07RN-F, RV-K 0.6/1kV, VV-K 0.6/1 kV of 2 x 1.5 mm2

CARACTERSTICAS
La temperatura mxima de exposicin es de 70 C La temperatura mnima de instalacin es de -20 C Cuando se utilice un cable aislado para alimentacin, su longitud mxima de instalacin depende de la potencia del cable calefactor instalado, y de la cada de tensin establecida en reglamentos y/o normas vigentes. Adems de las instrucciones de esta hoja tcnica, la utilizacin del kit con el correspondiente cable ha de satisfacer la hoja tcnica 7210H000.

FEATURES
The maximum exposure temperature is 70 C The minimum installation temperature is -20 C When an insulated power supply cable is used, the maximum installation length depends on the power of the heating cable installed and on the sudden decrease in voltage established with local codes and practices. In addition to the instructions contained in this data sheet, the use of the kit with the corresponding cable must comply with the data sheet 7210H000.

Cortar el cable a 120 mm del primer contacto (hendidura).

Cut the heater at 120 mm from the first contact (depression).

Cortar 16 mm de aislamiento. Para extraer el aislamiento hay que cortarlo parcialmente en todo su contorno, y doblarlo hacia ambos lados hasta separarlo. Cortar el conductor de calentamiento de forma que su extremo quede debajo del aislamiento. Cut 16 mm of insulation. To remove the insulation it must be cut partially all the way around, and folded towards both sides until it separates. Cut the heating element so that its end is covered by insulation. Colocar el tubo N 4 segn se indica y retractilar. Pasar inmediatamente al punto 5.

Cortar 8 mm uno de los conductores.

Cut 8 mm one of the conductors.

Arrange and slide sleeves No. 2 and No. 3 over the heating cable in the order shown.

Insert splice terminals N1 into the conductors and press them down.
