Inventory:
The Below table show the locations to sent through the FiOTiger inventory xml files.

B2C (Retail Store): these locations are used to determine the stock of the products available in these
locations for Retail.

In the inventory XML file sent to the tiger, the following locations be mapped to single level.

Eg: Level1 = DA+FS+GAL+DEL , if one of the location stock is updated. It is Level1.

The sum of the stock available in the locations for a particular product should be sent as a
single location called Level1=100+10+20+13. Level1=143. The sum should be calculated every time
when a location stock is changed.

If the one of the location FGS, it is Level2.

If one of the location RSV, it is Level 3.

Order Information:

Information from Patch Quilts

- Need to send web id for the Order id and Customer web id while the order
information is sent back to the tiger.

- Documentation for the Order acknowledgment from Macola. Required from

harvest.

- Order item cancellation process from Macola, Required from harvest.

- Invoice Process document from Macola, Patch Quilts is using oelinhst_sql ,
oehdrhst_sql tables. We are directly mapping to the macola invoices as the
format for invoice is different for Patch quilts.

- Also documentation on Order completion status and how that can be

recognized through order XML files.

- Patch quilts is using “oe_po_no” field for displaying the web orders in macola.
