A Word from the Director

Tripp Graziano
Hello Again! While the first year of the Greensboro Fellows Program officially ended in May, it has been a joy and a fulfillment of its purpose to see the good work of the Fellows continuing on. As we've written earlier, some of this year's Fellows are already involved in new jobs while others are currently pursuing their place in the workforce. In the midst of all of this, a few of us were able to go out to Crooked Creek, Colorado this month with our Young Life friends to present the Gospel at a week long camp. Rebekah, Samantha, Megan and I climbed a 10,000-foot mountain, rode horses, drove dune buggies and much more as our high school friends had the week of their lives. We went non-stop for 10 days, usually covered in sweat and Colorado dust, and every day our friends heard and experienced part of the life of Jesus. In the end, 38 young people from Greensboro submitted their hearts and lives as Jesus met them in a powerful way. And this is why we do what we do! I am writing all of you because you have played a crucial role in this good work that is taking place. I hope you feel the joy and fulfillment of supporting young followers of Christ as they become leaders in their communities so that they, in turn, can lead others into this same abundant LIFE. There are thousands of people in our city and cities all over the world who have never met our amazing Savior. He wants to meet them and share His life with them, and for whatever mysterious reason, He wants to use us in His story. In Matthew 9:38 Jesus says, "So pray to the Lord who is in charge of the harvest; ask him to send more workers into His fields." Thank you again for your partnership with the Greensboro Fellows Program! You are helping us to ask for more laborers and to train, develop, and send them into the fields. May God bless you and keep you and may we continue to ask, seek and knock together... Gratefully,
