1. What are your traits and characteristics about Leadership as a Teacher?

Teaching and learning is a two-way process as a teacher. I teach and at the same time I learn from my pupils. Patience and perseverance are the most important traits and characteristics that we, teachers should imply especially in leadership. It can change the life of the student and help him or her to become a better citizen. Also, selflessness that is what I have implied to my persona in dealing with leadership particularly with my coteachers. I want to share my experiences and technique with them and also to learn from them as well for me to become a good leader- we should be a good follower, indeed.

 With my 10 minutes interview with my cousin, I have learned that being a leader and a teacher always interlock. That the most important quality of the teacher should have is the ability to put her heart in teaching and touching the lives of her students, knowing that at the end of each day, the students learned something from her that they would use throughout their lives. This kind of persona will help me to boost my skills, attitude and learning in dealing with my patient and my future career- to become a Chief nurse of one of the hospitals in our country. Having the pure heart and loving your profession will help you more to become better and being the best in your career,
