CORRIGENDUM
The BPS of the post as well as the qualification & experience should be read as below at Ser. No.
2 instead of the one given on the website on June 01, 2009 at Ser. No. 2
2. Director Finance (BPS-20) Chartered Accountant / Cost & Management
Accounts / Member PIPFA (APA) / MBA / M.Com
with specialization in Finance. At-least 12-years
experience in financial administration
3. Museum Curator (BPS-18) MA Archaeology 1st Class with at-least 6-years
experience in the relevant field in BPS-16 or above.
OR
MPhil Archaeology with at-least 4-years experience
in the relevant field.
4. Secretary to Vice Chancellor i. Master degree with 10-years experience of
(BPS-18) stenographic / secterial / administrative
work, office management work, in a public
sector university/ institution.
ii. At-least 2-years relevant service experience
as Private Secretary (BPS-17) in a public
sector university / institution
5. Research Officer (Herbarium) MSc. Botany with no third division in academic
(BPS-17) career. Research experience in the field of
Herbarium will be preferred.

1. The candidates serving in Govt, Semi Govt, Autonomous Bodies should route their
applications through proper channel.

2. Hazara University reserves the right not to fill any post, withhold the appointment against
any advertised post or to accept / reject any application without assigning any reason.

3. Applicant should apply on the prescribed application form, available at the website as well as
from the Enquiry Office of the University.

4. No column of the application form should be left blank, particularly contact number both
landline and mobile must be mentioned.

5. A Bank Draft of Rs. 1,000/- in the name of Treasurer Hazara University Mansehra, attested
photocopies of all the DMCs, certificates, degrees, experience certificates, CNIC and three
recent passport size photographs must be attached with the application form. Incomplete
applications will not be entertained.

6. Application reaching to this office after last date will not be considered. Test & Interview
date will be available on the University’s Website, later on. Last date for receipt of
application is June 15, 2009.
