For two consecutive weeks D&I still performs low in g submission. The same terms of HSE findings Low Submission organization who had garnered high rating in HSE findings. D&I must report on next meeting a & High Findings comprehensive action plans providing solution to current high risk type of HSE findings, and low submission. Seobon failed to explain background of their total findings. The company ranks second in the number of HSE findings. Seobon will come back on next g and discuss details of their findings g meeting including planned corrective actions.

Suspended cable should be hanged above ground clearing access of personnel (RCB, Samjin) Remove obstruction at stairway in the building (MCO 5, Seoyong) Improve access by installing handrails, and secure at different corners.
