Linen: Hire for one bed only A deposit of $657.00 + booking fee $29.50 plus $50 late key Linen hire for 1 $20 and credit card com $7 has been paid. The remaining balance is $549.50. Plus bond of $1,000 Direct debit one week prior as per direct debit form, credit/debit card on arrival incurring 1% processing fee. Please note a cancellation policy of ( 2 weeks ) applies. Check In is between 2pm and 6pm week days, 2pm and 7pm Fridays and 2pm and 4pm Saturday and Sunday. A late check-in can be arranged; however an additional $50.00 charge applies. To find the office, take the Gosford/Terrigal exit from the F3 freeway. Follow the Central Coast Highway through to the Terrigal turn off (signposted as Terrigal Drive) and take a right at the lights. Follow the road in to Terrigal. Accom Holidays is located opposite the beach/surf club car park. Please see Google Maps or Whereis.com for more specific directions. Holiday Property Assistant Terms and Conditions Holiday Properties Guest: Leung Property: Marlee 31a Macmasters Pd Date: 14/02/2013 to 17/02/2013 Thank you for choosing Accom Holidays. By staying with us you agree to adhere to the Terms and Conditions outlined below. Failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions allows Accom Terrigal Pty Ltd to refuse the key, amend the rate or immediately terminate the holiday agreement. Please take the time to read this carefully: Holiday property check-in is available after 2pm on the date of arrival, and check-out is no later than 10am on the date of your departure. If you will be arriving after office hours please advise the office in advance. After-hour key collection is available at an additional charge of $50.00 which is to be paid for by the guest. Your co-operation in leaving the property clean and tidy is requested. If the property is not left in an acceptable state an extra cleaning fee will be charged. All expenses must be paid in full before you are issued with your key and check-in pack. All keys and remotes must be returned to office upon check-out. Breakages, damages and lost keys or remotes must be reported and paid for at the expense of the guest. Unless specified as a pet-friendly property, pets are not permitted inside or around the property. Accom Terrigal Pty Ltd takes no responsibility for any personal property left on the premises by the tenant. A cancellation policy applies to each booking (see your Confirmation Letter for further details). If a booking is cancelled within the allocated time period a $100.00 booking fee will apply. If cancellation occurs outside the specified time period, your deposit will be forfeited. If a booking dates requires amending a $100.00 fee will apply. Smoking is not permitted in any of our properties. Charges will apply for bookings who dishonour this clause. Noisy parties are not tolerated and will be dealt with seriously. An immediate booking cancellation can occur and all monies will be forfeited. Additional security charges may apply. As the guest, you agree to allow the managing agent (Accom Terrigal Pty Ltd) or a contractor to enter the premises in which you are staying to carry out necessary repairs or maintenance. Credit card details supplied are held as a security bond when a booking is made. Accom Holidays accepts bookings in good faith, however we will not be held responsible for circumstances beyond our control. Every reasonable endeavour will be made to find alternative accommodation should the following circumstances apply: - A holiday property is sold or withdrawn from holiday letting

- A major repair or maintenance must be carried out at the property If terms are not agreeable please contact our office immediately.
