Lorris presentation being based on experiences. Session 1 and also the tactics in a box. Research and statistics to support the theory. Templates and well presented materials, plenty of time to discuss and workshop. Practical examples, activities and group interaction it was a nice mix. Materials well thought out and put together. Listening to Lorris anecdotes and experience. Lorri is one of the most passionate people I have ever met and has opened up my eyes to the IC craft. Very engaging presentation with clear, relevant and highly valuable content. Useful and practical tools and methodology. Good balance between theory and practical. Really made it click for me. Love it, resonated with me, looking forward to doing the do. Practical tools not just concepts are exceptionally valuable. Use of real life com challenges from each participant. Information/idea sharing within group, practical exercises and the format of the workshop overall. Step 1, 2 and 3 - love the interactive nature, it was great. Lorri manages attention span extremely well. Also managed everyones interests extremely well also. Usually I hate games but the games used to bring the presentation to life did just that and injected a bit of fun. Also enjoyed the film clips. I was somewhat familiar with the content beforehand through other IC training, but this course really resonated with me. Practical tools not just concepts are exceptionally valuable.
