In case of any deliberate misinformation, KESC reserves the right to reject the application.

Passport size photograph of applicant (Residential/Commercial/Agriculture connection) Copy of Registered Ownership documents. Copy of approved building plan along-with covering letter. Copy of layout plan / site plan. In case of Kachi Abadies, Affidavit for Kachi Abadi on Rs. 100 Stamp paper attested by Notary Public Copy of Trade License / NOC of Industrial Association (in Industrial case) Copy of last paid Energy bill (in case of extension of load/CMP/Re-enforcement). Valid CNIC & Employee Card of Company representative(if applicable) List of machinery/Equipments (in Industrial cases) - on Letter Head / on Rs. 100 stamp paper attested by Notary Public. Details of Chiller units (in case of Centrally Air-Conditioned Premises) - on Letter Head / on Rs. 100 stamp paper attested by Notary Public. Feasibility Report of Industry (in Industrial Case). NOC of DHA in case of DHA Phase-VII Ext & DHA Phase-VIII / NOC of Society / NOC of CBC. Copy of any other paid utility bill/credit card bill for the address verification in case of (Residential/Commercial/Agriculture connection). Undertaking for Deviation from approved building plan (in case of deviation) All Original documents shall be presented with photocopies at time of submitting the application for verification purpose. Each Undertaking should be on Rs. 100 Stamp Paper duly attested by Notary Public
