Suggested for Indian MBA students

1. Ability to address- Attend a Public speaking course. 2. Swimming Ability to swim in water. ( Good exercise for health and body) 3. Driving License Ability to drive a car- Develops motoring skills. 4. Play Chess Develops the skill in decision making and creativity. 5. Learn to play a music instrument- Gives soul satisfaction relieves from stress. 6. Learn a foreign language you can survive elsewhere or grab a foreign opportunity. 7. Learn a language of a neighbouring state. You can deal with colleagues easily. 8. Acquire market knowledge of a product of your choice. Be an expert say in Onion. 9. Acquire Industry Knowledge of your choice. Be an expert in say Cement industry. 10.Word processing skill- Learn to type your own documents. 11.Learn to operate machines like- Fax, Photo copy, Printer, DVD, TV, LCD, OHP, Handy cam, Digital Camera, Home theatres, Audio visual systems, etc., - You should read those manuals carefully and practice by trial. 12. Learn trading Buy and sell a product Imparts Negotiation skills; consumer behavior; 13. Attend / visit a court while proceedings are going on. Learn to file a suit / writ petition. 14. Acquire joyful experiences: Travel inside the sea for about 10 km, roller coaster rides .. 15. In India you should possess the following items for peace full survival: Family card, Voters Identity Card, Pan Card, Aadhar Card, Income certificate, Caste/ Community certificate, Nativity Certificate, Passport, ID cards issued by post office, Legal heir certificates, Death Certificates of relatives, Birth Certificates, House Tax Paid receipts, Water Tax paid receipts, Gas connection card, Milk card, Bank Accounts- ATM cards, Driving licenses, TNEB Connection Deposit & Receipts, Telephone Connection Deposit receipts and paid receipts, etc., etc., You can ensure that your family members do have these things that are relevant to themselves. Keep those things intact and maintain appropriate files.

16. Learn to buy and sell a real estate property, read a document/ executed deed. Get training from a document writer. 17. Online operations of bank a/c , share trading, booking a train ticket, airline ticket etc., 18. Learn to deal with people Read Interpersonal relationship chapter of You can Win.
