1. ln case of difficultyin locatinga suitableguide, the Intem can approachthe Diploma lncharge or ISTD Chairman of the local Chapter or write tc Diploma Office, New Delhi.

Second Step :
After obtainingapprovalfor the Guide from DiplomaOf{ice,the Intern shall submit,the Detailed Work Plan of his project report at the earliest. in which of tl'reOrganisation/Department A Detait Work P/an should includea brief introduction to be used the methodology part of the Internship, the intern proposesto undertakesubstantial how the on details relev'ant other and in his/her studies,the time schedulefor variousactivities, be should Work Plan intern would go about in completing internship tasks. Third Step :
After getting approval from the Diploma Office for Detaited Work Plan (DWP) tfre intern will proceed furlher in completing the internship as per time schedule" HerShe shall consutt the guide on all important issues pertaining to his/her project (a minimum of 25 contact hours are expectedto be spent with guide duringthe internship)' of internship the intern shall Mid-Term Report After about 3 months from the commencement tasks completed submit a brief Mid-termProgressReport (in the given format) about the vrarious give action plan for the as per detailed Work Plan submitted earlier. The report should also of remainingpart of the internship. completion by the approvedguider. The Mid-termReport should be duly countersigned

Fourth Step :

T h i s i s i m p o r t a n ta s t h e a p p r o v e dg u i d e i s e x p e c t e ctlo s a t i s f y h i m s e l f i h e r s e l f a b o u t t h e q u a l i t yo f i n t e r n ' sp e r f o r m a n c e as well as presentation of the final report.
