Step : place your order. Contact Dow ONeal at 415.676.6648 or kithaus@dwr.com. In just 46 weeks, your Kithaus will arrive at your site, ready for assembly. What youll receive are flat-packed pallets containing pieces that were pre-cut, marked and drilled at the California-based factory.

4: assemble your Kithaus. Using the professional installation service

available through Kithaus (recommended), installation takes only a few days. The structure can also be assembled by two or three people who have some construction experience. Detailed instructions are included with your Kithaus.

Decks, louvers and canopies are constructed of ipe (ee-pay) South American hardwood that is harvested from an FSCcertified sustainable forest. Ipe naturally resists insects, decay and mold.

Waterproofing

Aluminum construction is impervious to rust, termites and mold and never needs painting. The finished exterior and interior slatwall system can be used for hanging tools, bookshelves or even a bike. Ipe Siding Floor, ceiling and walls are SIPs (structurally insulated panels) with a minimum R-value of R-14.

The parts are all pre-cut and drilled at the Kithaus factory and delivered to your desired site as a kit to be assembled on-site. Delivery varies depending on the location of your site, but generally you will receive your Kithaus in 46 weeks. Do I need to hire a contractor to install my Kithaus?
