ETHICS:
Ethics knows the difference between what you have a right to do and what is
right to do. A man without ethics is a wild beast loosed upon this world.
Ethics is in origin the art of recommending to others the sacrifices required
for cooperation with oneself. Ethics and equity and the principles of justice do
not change with the calendar.

WHY ETHICS ARE IMPORTANT

Ethics are important for person to spending his life with satisfaction as ethics
mean do right thing so, if we do ethical things through out over life and earn
money by positive way and help others and follow the ethical behavior of life
we will be successful in life Ethics are important due to they tell us what is
right or wrong or good or bad.

BUSINESS ETHICS:
Business ethics is a form of the art of applied ethics that examines
ethical rules and principles within a commercial context, the various moral or
ethical problems that can arise in a business setting and any special duties or
obligations that apply to persons who are engaged in commerce.

OR

Accepted principles of right or wrong governing the conduct of

business people
 When some one has achieved the designation
He makes no mistake he or she is will aware of ethical
responsilities he up holds the code of ethical and
standards of professional conduct he has
acknowledged his obligation to act in an ethical
manner and to encourage other to do same with

1) Places of Parking is less

2) Barganing
3) Fix price
4) To much crowd
5) Show good quality of goods and gave Bad quality goods

PUBLIC PLACE

1) Enjoyment for Children (Risky swings)

2) People Throw garbage where they want
3) People get un hygienic food
 ISSUES ON STREETS

 Boys stand on corner of road:

This is unethical that Boys stand on Conner of streets for gossip, enjoyment
and laughing. The environment of society is destroyed and when the boy
smokes it attracts by the younger children and they start smoking in early
childhood.
This is duty of parents to tell their children to not smoke and enjoy there life
by ethical way and old people who smoke should stop it or don’t smoke in
front of teenage male or female
Boys should not stand in corners because it can create problems for other
people living in the society.

 Unclearness

When the people throw garbage on road not in the bin then the unclearness is
formed this is unethical due to it germs or diseases are produce people have to
face many problem
This is the duty of people and cleaning department to many the roads clean
people should not throw the waste material on roads and government should
arrange clearing department who appoints people to come and pick the
garbage from roads

 Streets crimes

Mostly young people steal mobile phones, jewelery and stretch cars from
other people just for the sake of fun. Which is unethical and it should be stop
by the police because it is their duty to maintain law and order in a specific
area. Other vice the crimes in the streets will be increases police should take
steps fairly and they take decision with impartiality
  Bikes without cylencer

The noise of the vehicle is so much that the person live in home are mentally
disturb this is unethically some time they might awake the person or patient it
is duty of driver who drives such vehicles they should drive non noisy vehicle
It is also the duty of government who banned such noise making vehicles in a
country.

 Road are in not good condition

Roads are not in good condition due to it the government do not used good
material on roads this is un ethical due to raining and heavy storm the vehicles
may slip and accidents take place and many people loss their life
.It is duty of government to take steps in making roads in a good condition
which can be minimize the rate of accidents It is the duty of the labour and
contact too who made the roads with impure material. They should work with
care and fairly.

Shopping centers

 Place of parking is less

Some people get the parking and some do not get the parking so, the people
who do not get the parking to this they park their vehicles in the no-parking
zone this is unethical with them so, the places of parking should be
according to there customer so every person can get parking. It is the duty of
owners of shopping plazas to make a parking zone near there plaza .It is the
duty of government also the give place to the owners for parking areas. Or
they should make parking areas near such these shopping moles.

 Fixed price
Shop keepers decided the price with the help of which they get more profit
and this is unethical that people have to give more money of less prices of
goods some times price are so high that can not be reachable for a common
man. This is injustice with the customers Sale man should work with justices
and avoid unfairness. They should sale their products on the possible prices
which is helpful in affording for the common man.
It is the government duty to keep on such dealers. They should ban their
unfair fixed prices.

 Show good quality of good and gave bad

When customer sees the products of buying many shop keepers display the
good quality of products and gave them bad quality of thing this is unethical
like mobile phone are second hand and sale as first hand(box pack)this is
unethical because that cheat the customers and deal them with un justice

Public places

 People get unhygienic food

In the public place people do not get the hygienic food in public place many
people sale very cheap quality of food which is harmful for people to eat
which is unethical they should prepare the things in a good conditions instead
of making them in a dirty place it is duty of sale mans to make fresh food for
people which constant good material of food. Over and above the
governments have to stop them from unethical doings

 People throw garbage where they want

People throw garbage where they want due to it the uncleanness take place
and it destroys the beauty of public places. it creates problems for the people
who lived there and also block the drains which became a part of their
problems. This is unethical they should not throw the rubbish
this is duty of government to take steps in making the place neat and clear it is
also the duty of people living in that area that they should not throw the waste
material on roads

 SUMMARY

There are many issues on the streets which can be disclose the
right of streets is not properly fulfilled by any one including me. We should
show ethical behavior so that if we live and spend our life with peace fully
means and not become a part of any dispute then it reflects our personality as
a peaceful minded person and can get a respectable position in society. So,
ethics are important for both moral and social activities in making our life
helpful for ourselves.

the manufacture or use of commodities

Pollution is the introduction of contaminants into an environment, of

whatever predetermined or agreed upon proportions or frame of reference;
these contaminants because instability, disorder, harm or discomfort to the
physical systems or living organism’s there in Pollution can take the form of
chemical substances, or energy, such as noise, heat, or light energy.
  Water Pollution

Tons of garbage and industrial waste are deserted underground or in river or

sea this causes insanitation killing of fish or sea animals or human their
growth failing oil from ship in the ocean proves dangerous to the sea life
The atomic wastes of atomic reactors thrown into the sea contaminate the
waste over long distances and when human drink this polluted water they are
infected
this is unethical this contaminated water reaches the seashores even better
ways of dumping industrial and atomic waste should be found so that his
health and life of sea creature and human beings are effect in it the quantity of
these waste should be reduce to that control of pollution in
Industry sector
Water pollution causes approximately 14,000 deaths per day, mostly due to
contamination of drinking water by untreated sewage in developing countries.
Oil spills can cause skin irritations and rashes.This is the duty of the owners of
factories and industrious. They should recycle the waste material and water
with some procedure. Which can help controlling the water pollution? We
should utilize the water after recycle .it helps in reducing the pollution.

 Noise Pollution:
Noise pollution is no less painful and harmful then gases .the sound of
vehicles and machines polluted the environment badly this type of noise
disturb the mind upset the regular work or study and help in cause the mental
disorders Noise pollution induces hearing loss, high blood pressure, stress,
and sleep disturbance.
This is unethical it is important to reduce the noise pollution as much as we
can by creating the law. it is the duty of people to use vehicles which has less
noise or low noise .
We have to plant the factories far away from the public places for reducing
the noise.
  Ozone Pollution
Ozone is a layer which protects us from harmful rays of sun but with the factories smoke
make the layer so thin that can effect us with direct rays of the sun .The polluted smoke of
heavy vehicle thinner our ozone layer. Which is very harmful for us? Adverse air quality
can kill many organisms including humans. Ozone pollution can cause respiratory disease,
cardiovascular disease, throat inflammation, chest pain, skin diseases. and congestion. Our
government should take steps for stopping the pollution so the numbers of deaths of human
may be less due to this condition.

 Air Pollution

Our environment is polluted with the smoke comes from heavy vehicles. The
create many problems for living beings .it is un ethical that we create troubles
for others It is the duty of both government and people.
The government has to take steps to minimize the pollution .we have to avoid
heavy vehicles who polluted more.
 Ethical issues found in
education system nationally

Issues in class room / on campus /grading system / curriculum:

1. Class rooms are not properly maintained

2. Number of student are more then the classrooms
3. Teachers only pass their time
4. Some teacher gave number on gender(favoritism)
5. Teacher gave topic which is not interesting for
students
6. Some teacher think that student have same concept
that they have
7. Some teacher use abuse language.

 Class rooms are not properly maintain

In schools and colleges, the class rooms are not properly maintained the
equipment is in dreadful conditions. The desk and chairs are
Less and in broken form so, the government should increase education funds
for the bright future of the students and country.

 Number of student is more

The number of student should not be more then the number of classrooms..
due to more numbers of students. Students can not under stand the lecture and
it is hard for the teacher also to handle such big class.
it unethical due to take there fees and not letting them understanding the
lecture. The management of school should take sets for creating section so
that student may be aware of what teacher is teaching
It is the duty of government to build more schools and colleges to
minimize the student crowd in a similar class.
  Teacher pass time only
Some teacher pass only time they do not do any thing just come in class enjoy
chatting with students this is unethical the duty of management of school that
they should keep an eye on such teachers who waste the time of students.
They should appoint capable and talented teachers for students.

 Some teacher gives number on gender

Some male teacher gave number to only female or male due to favoritism.
Which is unethical the teachers should not be allowing such activities? it can
disheart other students. The teacher should teach the students with fairly and
impatiently. The management department of the school should discourage
and do something which can be helpful for the students. They .should get feed
back from teachers regularly which can be good

 Teacher gives topic which is not interesting for

student

The teacher should gave such topic which are Interesting and are in current
affair They should avoid such topics which are boring and less appealing.
This is the duty of the teacher to give up- to- date coursework.

 Grading system

The grading system is not explained to student this unethical due to student
should know how much marks and grades. They need for passing marks so
the examination department should tell to the students about grading system
like CGPA, GPA
The students are not aware with such terms. So the examination department
should explain to all students after the admissions. So students can understand
about grading system.

 ABUSES LANGANGE
Some teachers are use to of using the abusing languages. This can create bad
environment in class .it has also a bad effect on teen ages children .they pick
them and became a part of their life’s. Using abusing languages is unethical.
Teachers should avoid such immoral act which spoils the class environment
and society
