Your physical application for the graduate course has been received. The outcome of your application will be made known to you by post before end of November 2013. 1. Please submit 1 Copy of : University exam results (from 1st year to final semester/honours year) / full academic transcript. Documentary evidence of financial support (eg. bank statement of at least S$15,000). Spore NRIC / Citizenship Certificate / Passport / evidence of Singapore Permanent residence status e.g. entry permit / Employment Pass / Work Permit Documentary proof of change in name (if you had name changed and your name in NRIC / Passport is not identical to the name printed in your degree scroll / certificate/university / Transcript) Degree scroll / degree certificate TOEFL scoresheet [min. score 600 (paper-based test) or 250 (computer-based test) or 92 (internet-based test)] / IELTS scoresheet [min. score 6.5] 2. Please send us a bank draft/cheque application fee of S$40 (or S$20 if you are applying online) made in favour of National University of Singapore immediately.

INSTRUCTIONS Application fees are non-refundable and is required for EACH programme you apply. Application(s) without any form of payment attached will not be processed. Application Fee Online application: S$20 per programme Paper-based application: S$40 per programme Payment by Post All payment by post must be made by cheque or postal order or bank draft made out to National University of Singapore. International applicants are requested to send bank draft and not personal cheques for the application fees (may be issued in US$18.50 per programme for Online application and US$37 per programme for Paper-based application, excluding bank charges which are borne by applicant). Cheques and bank drafts should have the Senders name, address and contact telephone numbers (office & home) written on the reverse side. Personal cheques, crossed, are accepted only from applicants in Singapore. Please note that description for payment should be written as Dollars Twenty only or Forty only. Payment by NETS Personal payment in Nets will only be accepted at the NUS Cashiers Counter of the Student Service Centre (located at Yusof Ishak House, Level 1). The Cashiers Counter operates from 9am to 5.30pm on Mondays to Thursdays, and from 9am to 5.00pm on Fridays; and is closed on weekends and Public Holidays. Please proceed to make your payments before submitting your application to the Graduate Studies Office. Payment by Credit Card Payment by credit card is accepted only for Online applications. If making payment by credit card, please attach your credit card transaction receipt to this form.
