A.UseofBondedWarehouse The"JCC"willissueaGuaranteetotheCustomsDepartmentinlieuofallpayments fordutyandtaxesnormallypayableonimportationforalltemporaryimported(tobere export)conventionandexhibitiongoodsintoIndonesia. The"Client"guaranteesfullresponsibilityontheimportandreexportofhistemporary importedconventionandexhibitiongoods. Thecustomsclearanceagentappointedforthisexhibitionisresponsibleforall necessarydocumentationinregardstothetemporaryimportedgoodsandwilldeliver "JCC"'sguaranteelettertotheDepartmentofCustoms.Thisallowshimtotakeadelivery ofthecargoattheair/seaportfortransportationunderbondto"JCC".
