INTRODUCTION

A bank is a financial institution licensed by a government. Its primary activities including borrowing and lending money .For example bank are important players in financial market and offer financial services such as investment funds.

The satisfaction index is substantially influenced by the quality of services made available to the customer. If we will fill that the Indian economy is moving on the right path of the progress a radical change in the marketing practices of the banking organization is required.

The beginning of the planned concept of development way back in 1951 opened new out look for development of banking sector.14 commercial bank were nationalized in 1969. Nationalized led to qualitative improvement in banking sector with the advent of electronic fund transfer system in late 1970s made the way for the induction of ATMS pay by phone, credit, and debit cards, direct deposit of payroll, auto banking and so on. Thus the process of development has started going the momentum. The ICICI is a private sector bank with a relatively smaller clientele base. It is one of the major banks in India (precisely the second largest) It has 950 branches, with 3,500 branches across India. The bank has deposits of Rs 1.65 lakh crore

On money transfer from overseas account, with the SBI, once a transfer transaction is completed, you will be able to know the exchange rate used, and there are no restrictions on the amount you can transfer a day. However, the ICICI transfer is somewhat different .After completion of a money transfer transaction, the exchange rate can only be known after five days, and there is a daily limit of $5000 that can be transferred a day

IMPORTANCE OF THE STUIDIES

1) The studies help to have an analytical study of various loan schemes of ICICI bank in Nagpur city.

2) The study helps to know the level of customer satisfaction:-the banks want to satisfy customer for make more customers and for goodwill of bank.

3) The study helps to know the analytical market share of ICICI bank of Nagpur city:-Every bank has its own share in market. In important of study it helps to make companies in its sefty of own money.

4) The processing time of the banks for issuing the loan:-Whenever the customer of banks goes to deposit or withdraw of money the bank takes same processing time to complete transaction. Generally the private banks take less time. In companion of government ruled bank.

OBJECTIVE OF THE STUDY

1. TO study different loan scheme of ICICI BANK.

2. TO study the market share and position of the company in financial market.

3. TO study the level of customers satisfaction.

4. TO find out the market strength of the bank.

5. TO study about the various rate of intrest on various type of loan scheme.

Study is important for changing bank reserves ratio in Reserve Bank of India:-The RBI creates the reserve ratio on banks for controlling the money flow in market

RESEARCH METHODOLOGY

Research is commonly known as search for knowledge. It can be define as search for systematic knowledge. Research is scientific and systematic investigation in related to specific aspect. It is a movement from known to unknown.

Research is considered are careful investigation or inquiry to find out new fact in branch of knowledge. It is an original contribution to the existing stoke of knowledge make for its advancement. Therefore research is systemize effort acquire new knowledge.

Primary data are though which are originally collected from first time for data original a determine purpose by an investigation such data are original in character and are generated in large number of service. For example: - Data obtain the population census primary data is generated when particular problem in hand is investigation by research complying main questionnaire, personal interview, observation in project. Primary data is generally collected by means of survey and questionnaire. Research is totally based on primary data. Research has been done by primary data. Good decision required good data. Just as researcher must carefully evaluate the quality of secondary information they also must take great care while collecting primary data to assure that it will be relevant, accurate ,approaches ,observation, experience, asking question to the customers by using structural questionnaires to get respond from the respondent

Secondary data can be used only for the reference. Secondary data of ICICI and STATE BANK OF INDIA can be collected through various Studies, Internet, Websites, Journals, Interacting through various people, and the candidate of SBI and ICICI. It is second hand information. Information that already exists somewhere has been collected for another purpose. Researcher usually starts by gathering second data. The company internal data base provides a good starting point. However the company can also top a wide assortment of libraries to Govt. and business publication. ICICI has better credit schemes in comparison of other private bank ICICI provides better service than other banks ICICI interest rate on loans (Housing, personal , education) is higher than interest rate of other banks loan Peoples have more trust on ICICI. ICICI have wide network in all over INDIA. ICICI provides loan facilitys for every group of people.
