Background of the Study System is a set of interacting or interdependent components forming an integrated whole or a set of elements and relationships of the set or its elements to other elements or sets. Computerized is to equip with electronic computers so as to facilitate or automate procedures. It is also to convert a manual or mechanical task into a computer-controlled process. Voting is a formal expression of preference for a candidate for office, school or for a proposed resolution for an issue. It is also a means, by which such a preference is made known, such as raised hand or a marked ballot. And it is also to express a choice or an opinion. Computerized College Voting System is a software application which maintains the records of the students, candidates and users. This software is designed for voting purpose which saves a lot of time and counting is done within a single click. The researcher came up with the topic of the College Voting System because they observed that there are different problem that existed using the manual voting system. The Cavite State University Silang Campus is currently using the manual voting system for their election. In this system, the voters as well as the officers who are responsible with the SSG election are using paper and pen in registration and voting. The researchers observed that the manual voting system consumes a lot of time and energy due to the slow process of election.
