An enjoyable ride in a western style saddle. You’ll enjoy an exciting ride
where we climb Himmeråsen by horse. At the top we’ll cook an authentic
cowboy lunch and enjoy the views before returning back down to the

canoe tour - beaver Safari s

Canoe safari, with lunch, 225 sek for adults, 125 sek for children. Apply in

canoe tour - Wilderness tour s

A short kannot tour takes us out into the wilderness. We cook food over
an open fire, and shoot with both air riffles, blow guns and throw lasso.
Price 295 SEK/adult, 150 SEK/children. Application in the Sports Hall.
We start at Idre Kulturhus, Idre village, at 10.45 am.

In canyoning you climb, swim and jump cliffs, rapids and waterfalls.
Qualified guides with the highest security standards will guarntee you
the most action packed day of your holiday (cowerds can also join).

White Water Rafting- family tour s

Family Tour in calm waters. Highest security with wet suits and life

Try kajak s
Try out white water kayaking. This is a fun and excing way to get down
a rapids in your own boat. Fully trained and proffesional guides will train
you in water safety before you ascend the river to ensure ultimate safety
and pleasure. Min. age 14.
Price 600 sek/person. Information and booking in the Sports Hall. We
start at Idrefjällens Sport, Idre village.

Paintball s
Your chance to get an extra adrenaline rush. Gather a gang and try
paintball. Age limit 15 years. Price 300 sek/ person including 150 balls.
Information and booking at the Sports Hall before Thursday 6.00 p.m.
We meet up at: The paint-ball parking space (approx. 700 meters
towards Idre village).

MTb-tour with guide round Idre Fjäll s

Gentle bike tour of about 10 km around Idre Fjäll with a short stop for
refreshments. Bring your own refreshments! Price 200 sek/person
including MTB and helmet. If you bring your own bike it costs 100 SEK.
Information and booking in the Sports Hall before tuesday.
Minimum. 3 maximum 10 persons.

Freeride - mountainbike s
Try freeride MTB. The chair lift takes you up to the top. Bring something
to drink. Price 400 SEK/person including MTB, helmet and bikepass. If
you bring your own bike it costs 200 SEK. Information and booking at
the Sports Hall. Minimum 3 maximum 10 persons.

Freeride - mountainbike on your own

The chair lift takes you up to the top. By your Bikepass in the Reception,
Intersport or the Sports Hall. Price 1 day 100 SEK, 2 days 160 SEK,
3 days 200 SEK and pass 800 SEK.

High-altitude cable course n 4 tickets

Challenge your fear of heights i the High Heights Track by the Mountain
Farm. The course is 5-10 metres above ground and features a suspen-
sion bridge, logs, cross, posts, climbing ropes and more.
Make it an excursion for the whole family, those not competing can
watch. Apply in the Sports Hall or just drop in. Price: 100 sek/round.

Try climbing n 2 tickets

We meet at the outdoor climbing wall and climb with instructor. Bring
sports shoes. No booking required. If you want private instruction,
contact the Sports Hall. Price: 50 sek/person.

For small children beside the Mountain Farm. Open all days. Free.

Shooting Track n 3 tickets

Are you a good marksman? A chance to try bow and arrow, slingshot,
blowpipe and air-rifle. We are located above the by the High Altitude
Track. Price: 80 sek/-shooting round. Information in the Sports Hall.
Drop in.

chair lift (6-stool) l 1 ticket

The chair lift takes you up to the top of Idre Fjäll. Boarding at the middle
station. Not operated in bad weather. Price 40 sek/person.

Askerace n 2 tickets
Exercis race for all children. Grouping after age. The youngest run the 500
meter long Aske track, Aske is present to help with the warm up before the
start. Prices and diplomas to all children. Start below the Mountain Farm.
Price 60 sek/person. Apply in the Sports Hall before tuesday at 4 pm.

bungee trampoline n 2 tickets

By the outdoorpool. With harness and linea, we will be trying various
jumps and tricks on our large trampo line. Price 50 sek/5 min. Drop in.

Try golfing s
150 sek/person, rent of balls and clubs included. You will learn how to
drive, put and chip. Min. 3 participants. Information and reservation by

Swimming lessons for beginners s

Monday-thursday children 4-6 years 9-9.30 am, children from 7 years

A three station battle within the family. Who is the smartest, the bravest or

We help you to look over your health and make calculations on how to

At Fjällvallen Mountain Farm. Help out with various farm-chores, feed the
animals, make butter etc. Price: 200 sek/person, “farmers-lunch” included.

For all the family. We gather by the barbeque site above the Mountain
Farm. Bring something to barbeque and drink; we serve bread grilled

culture and nature trip s

A full-day trip focused on culture. Take your own car to each destination,
where you meet a guide. Travel time: 1 hour, 60 km. Following destina-
tions are included:
Stenvallens chalet (2 hours, start 9.30 a.m.) - A chalet in a roadless
setting. Listen to stories from times past, drink coffee and listen to a
song that brings home the animals.
Moose park (1 hour, start 12 pm) – see where Hilbert the moose bull
lives with his wives, Edit and Hälga. See the king of the forest up close.
Minimum age: 5.
Lomkällan (2 hours, start 3 p.m.) – forest and military museum.

Price 310 sek/person incl. refreshments at Stenvallens fäbod. Information

Sightseeing l 1 ticket
Explore Idre and its surroundings from the Mountain train. 10.30 and

Hike to the mountain nipfjället l 2 tickets

4 km easy hike. We meet up by the square and drive in own cars to

Hike to the top of the mountain, Molnet 1,192 metres above sea level,
and Städjan, 1,131 metres. There is a road part way that ends where the
hiking trail begins.

Beautiful rapids 10-15 km north of Idre next to Storån river. Picnic spots.

One of our absolute most popular sights.
Not to be missed! One of nature’s wonders
that prompts lively discussions among the
families who complete it. The path is part
äof the road up Nipfjället. Stop the car at

a very few places in the world. Next to the
troll path, Nipgubben watches over all
visitors.

Children’s day at the Mountain Farm

We meet at the square and make our way up to Fjällvallens Mountain
Farm where we barbecue sausages, play games and talk about the life
at the mountain pasture. We also help out with the chores.

Mountain Farm day - Thursday 1-4 pm

During the Mountain Farm day you‘ll be shown how they used to live
on a genuine mountain pasture. Coffee, traditional breads and crispy

us to Elgåhogna in Norway and the second trip takes us to the top of

Riding weekend week 34, thursday-sunday

Explore the wilderness by horseback. Two guided rides; one where we
follow the footsteps of Carl von Linné and one where we climb the

Adventure weekend week 35, thursday-sunday

A weekend filled with exciting adventures. Try mountain biking, our high
rope track and river rafting in the Trysil River (Trysilälven). The package

Dance Festival week 37, thursday-sunday

One of the highlights during the season. Good food combined with live

Fulufjällets nationalpark med

Sveriges högsta vattenfall
Naturum Fulufjälet in Fulufjället national park has a beautiful
exhibition on the nature and wildlife on Mount Fulufjället. You
can watch movies and our staff is always there to answer any
quiestions you might have regarding the national park. The trail
to Sweden's highest waterfall, Njupeskär, starts here and during
the summer we offer guided tours to the waterfall.
