    The phase 3 Capital Gate Feature Tower is an unforgettable iconic building located on the ADNEC exhibition site in the heart of Abu Dhabis world-class business district. The 35-storey building is over 160m tall and contains over 16,000 m2 of premium office space as well as Abu Dhabis first Hyatt hotel -The Hyatt Capital Centre occupies an area in excess of 25,000 m2. Structurally, this challenging building sits on an intensive distribution of 490 piles which have been drilled 30 meters underground to accommodate the gravitational, wind and potential seismic forces caused by the distinctive lean of the building. The Feature Tower is a quintessential example of our engineers design and in-house engineering capabilities show-casing their world-class structural, civil, and mechanical and electrical engineering services.
