In accordance with Chinas Administrative Measures on the Control of Pollution Caused by Electronic Information Products (EIP) # 39, also known as China RoHS, the following information is provided regarding the names and concentration levels of Toxic Substances (TS) or Hazardous Substances (HS) which may be contained in EMC products relative to the EIP standards set by Chinas Ministry of Information Industry (MII).
