Introduction
We did ramzan related activity in which we distributed food-boxes for aftari. The target audience for the distribution of aftari was poor and needy people of the society. The primary and foremost aim of this activity is to deliver value to poor people.

Addressed problem
Through this activity we gave value to the poor people of the society. So that we can make them feel that they are the important part of the society. They are not less than any other.

Team members roles in the activity

All members contributed equally in all tasks of the activity. The responsibilities included purchasing of the food items, packing, video recording, distribution process and correspondence to outsider. In terms of the management function, the planning and directing is done by bilal sethi (leader) and organizing and controlling is equally done by all team members.

Management theories applications

Application of Leadership Theories
The team was led well under supervision of Mr. Bilal sethi. Selected leader was committed, worked hard as a team and came up with performance based efforts. Under the given circumstances, team was lead from the front in professional manner, enabling every member to contribute and participate equally towards empowering and strengthening the whole experiential learning process. In particular, Referent power source made our leader who is admired and personally liked by the entire team member. He is compassionate and always strives for excellence in achieving the desired goals. With respect to the OHIO state studies, the two dimension approach i.e. initiating structure and consideration led to the idea that has enabled the leader to emphasize managing issues, helping team by showing consideration for their ideas, respect and building mutual trust in carrying out this task. The leaders behavior is generally changing based on the situation and readiness of the follower. Situational Leadership Theory suits our activity where various tasks were assigned to the participants of the team. Leader identified and assigned duties to the members telling them their responsibilities such as what to do, how to do it, when to do it. On the other hand, taking feedback was very integral part of the activity. Each idea was evaluated that has built an informational as well as supportive role of the a ssigned leader. The team members readiness was judged to ensure smooth, unbiased and motivated activity carrying environment.

Application of Motivational Theories

Need theory is more reliable to apply in the activity to justify our team members behavior towards doing this activity than to cognitive theory. The reason behind is that, in starting, no one understood the power of management learning in this activity. Everyone took it as an assignment, just to fulfill the requirements of the course. It drives that we can relate need theory here because it identifies our internal desires or need to fulfill the core requirements of the course. Our team members are in the fourth level of Maslow hierarchy of needs theory called Self-Esteem Needs. And also they lie in third level of ERG theory called Growth needs because they have desires to have a positive self image in the class and also they worth the subject grades. In terms of two-factor theory, this activity worked as the motivator towards understanding of management chapters and grades can be the hygiene factors in it.

Application of Group & Team Theories

We worked as a team in our activity. In management terms, our team was self managed work team. All our members were from different educational backgrounds and diversity did exist. Diversity has given us the opportunity of having different ideas and solutions to counter problems and enhance creativity. We went through all the stages of Group Development except adjourning stage because our activity made all the team members close enough to understand each others capabilities and potential to do a task so now we are willing to work again as a team in the future assignments. Group cohesiveness existed in our activity. Every team member was motivated and influenced by the potential of co-team member to perform well. Level of participation, conformity and group goal accomplishment was high. We didnt counter the issue of social loafing as everyone was motivated to perform well in the task.

Recommendations
Initially, we should start the contribution of money to serve poor people from ourselves and then we can motivate others to help needy and poor people. They are the vital part of the society, so government should make plans to employ them in their related professions. And also government should allocate resources properly and equally. On the priority level, Government should utilize taxes for the development of the lower class of the society rather than increasing government expenditures.

Conclusion
By doing this activity, we acknowledged the class difference in our society. We had good chance to meet them and understand their circumstance in which they live their life. How they put efforts for just one time food. In fact, there is no proper allocation of the resources. Some have lots to eat and some have nothing to eat. The management learning behind this activity is that, how to achieve targets by applying management functions in daily life. Individually, how good we are in planning, organizing, directing and controlling in our daily tasks. How people motivate themselves for achieving personal goals. How people find someone as leader for directing their life. Finally how team can be more effective than the individuals.
