I appreciate that the extent of my personal assets imposed upon me a great duty to the American people and I plan on utilizing it to create American jobs, to grow our infrastructure and increase the tax base. Broadly speaking, I plan on following conservative investment techniques and following the rules and guidelines by the letter to maximize success and minimize risk.
