Incident: Homicide/Assault 1st (Shooting) Location: 5300 block of St. Louis Date/Time: 8/26/13 @ 01:05 Victim #1: Terrell Henderson, 35-year old black male of the 5300 block of St. Louis Victim #2: 24-year old black male Suspect(s): 3 unknown black males Officers responded to the 5100 block of St. Louis and located Victim #1 in the front drivers seat of a parked vehicle suffering from a gunshot wound to the head. Officers then located Victim #2 on a nearby sidewalk suffering from a gunshot wound to the leg. Victim #2 reported that he and Victim #1 were shot by the suspects, who were driving a black Chevy Impala, in the area of the above address. Victim #1 drove the vehicle to the 5100 block of St. Louis before losing consciousness. Victim #1 was pronounced deceased on the scene. Victim #2 was conveyed to a hospital and listed in serious/stable condition. The investigation is ongoing. Incident: Assault 1st (Shooting) Location: 4400 block of Farlin Date: 8/26/13 @ 00:45 Victim: 41-year old black male Suspect: Black male, 5'10- 5'11", approx. 160-170 lbs., thin build, dark complexion, low hair cut wearing a white tank top and black jeans Officers responded to a local hospital for a victim of a prior shooting. The victim stated he was walking to his vehicle when the unknown suspect approached him and asked for a ride. The victim refused to give the suspect a ride and as he pulled his vehicle away, he heard a single shot and realized he was struck in the leg. The victim drove himself to the hospital where he was listed in serious/stable condition. The investigation is ongoing. Incident: Assault 1st (Shooting) Date/Time: 8/25/13 @ 20:10 Location: 4100 block of Blaine Victim: 15-year old black male Suspect #1: Black male, 20-25-years old, 510, short hair, stocky build wearing a black t-shirt and blue jeans Suspect #2: Black male, 20-25-years old, 58, short hair, thin build wearing a white t-shirt and blue jeans Suspect #3: Black male The victim was playing in the park located on the northwest corner of Thurman and Blaine when he noticed Suspect #1, who he recognized from the neighborhood, however, did not know his name. The victim then saw Suspect #1 leave the park and return a few minutes later with the other suspects. As Suspect #1 was entering the park, he revealed a firearm and fired several shots at the victim, striking him in the hip and both legs. All three suspects fled on foot westbound. The victim was conveyed to a local hospital and

listed in serious/stable condition. It is unknown whether the victim was struck with BB pellets or bullets. The investigation is ongoing. Incident: Assault 1st (Shooting), Property Damage Date/Time: 8/26/13 @ 03:10 Location: 1800 block of Biddle Victim #1: 19-year old black female Victim #2: 15-year old black female Victim #3: 58-year old black female Suspects: 3-5 unknown black females Witnesses reported several females breaking windows out of an unoccupied vehicle parked in front of the above address and the window to the residence at the above address. Victim #3, who is the grandmother of the owner of the vehicle, along with Victim #1 and Victim #2 came out of the house to see what was going on. One of the suspects then revealed a firearm and began firing shots at the victims. As the suspect was firing, Victim #1 fell and cut herself on a broken bottle lying on the ground. The suspects fled the area in three separate vehicles. Victim #1 was conveyed to a hospital and treated for lacerations to her leg and listed in serious/stable condition. The investigation is ongoing.
