Possessions and children of Disbelievers

Neither their possessions nor their children will avail them
against Allah.

{ 111} 3 -

As for those who denied the Truth, neither their possessions nor
their children will avail them against Allah. They are the people
of the Fire, and therein they shall abide.

{ 11} 3 -

Those who disbelieve, neither their wealth nor their offspring

will avail them at all against Allah, and it is they who will be the
fuel of the Fire.
No ransom will be accepted from them.

{ 11} 3 -

Truly those who disbelieved and died as unbelievers, not even

an earth full of gold will be accepted from them as ransom. For
such people there is painful chastisement; and none shall come
to their help.

{ 31} 5 -

For those who disbelieved - even if they had all that is in the
earth, and the like of it with it, and offered it all as ransom from
chastisement on the Day of Resurrection, it would not be
accepted from them - a painful chastisement lies in store for
them.
Allah Gives them Respite in this World

{ 51 - 55} 11 -

Say: As for him who is in error, the Beneficent will verily extend
(the rope) to him until, when they see that which they were
promised, whether it be punishment (in the world), or the Hour
(of doom), they will come know who is worse in position and
who is weaker in forces. Allah increases in right guidance those
who walk aright, and the righteous good deeds that last, are
better with your Lord, for reward and better for resort.

{ 183 - 181} 5 -

As for those who reject Our signs as false, We shall lead them,
step by step, to their ruin without their even perceiving it. And
(for this purpose) I will grant them respite. My scheme is
incontrovertible.

{ 158} 3 -

Do not let the, unbelievers imagine that the respite We give

them is good for them. We give them respite so that they may
increase their sins. A humiliating chastisement lies in store for
them.
The possessions and children of Disbelievers in this world

{ 85} 1 -

And let not the abundance of their possessions and children

delude you; for Allah wills only to chastise them by means of

their possessions and children in this world and let their souls
depart while they are still disbelievers.
And We shall inherit from him all that he talks of, and
he will come unto Us, alone.

{ 81 - 55} 11 -

Have you seen him who disbelieves in Our revelations and says: I
shall certainly be given wealth and children? Has he known the
Unseen, or has he taken a covenant from the Beneficent? Nay,
but We shall record that which he says and, We shall increase his
torment; And We shall inherit from him all that he talks of, and
he will come unto Us, alone (without his wealth and children).
