AURORA Vertical Hollow Shaft Motors are designed primarily

for deep well turbine pump applications. These motors are high
efficiency, high starting torque, quiet running, low vibration and
low temperature rise. They are relied upon to give long and
trouble free service under arduous conditions with minimum

WARRAnTY POLICY

Aurora warrants all its products against defects in material and workmanship
provided the product has been properly cared for, installed, and operated in the
application for which the product was designed. Aurora warrants its products for
12 months after date of installation or 24 months from date of shipping, which
ever expires first. THIS WARRANTY SHALL bE IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER WARRANTY
EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, bUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY
OF MERCHANTAbILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Defective products
must be taken to an independent repair facility authorized by Aurora for inspection.
Any and all repairs must have a written authorization by Aurora prior to such repairs.
Warranty claims must include date of installation, authorized inspection report, cost or
repair, and photographs of failure, Aurora will repair or replace the defective product
at Auroras sole discretion. Aurora will pay transportation charges one way only. The
customer must return the defective product to Aurora at the customers own expense.
Aurora is not responsible for removal installation, or any other incidental expenses
incurred in shipping the product to or from Aurora. Aurora assumes no responsibility
for consequential or incidental damages, including, but not limited to, personal injury,
or labor cost arising from such product failure for any reason whatsoever, nor does it
assume responsibility for improper storage or handling.
