Mr. Joyner,

I am writing you to give formal demand for a debt that should have been paid as Guardian for Ms.
Caffrey, Estate Number: 2002-1161 and items that I had to replace and or items that I owned in
the Caffrey home that you were ordered to protect.
You and Mr. Robert Turner had knowledge of these items and the supporting paperwork yet you
did not take care of many of Ms. Caffrey’s debts. You violated your’ Guardian of Property
Agreement and I at this time am demanding to be reimbursed for expenses that I have paid and
continue to pay.
Because you were instrumental in helping Mr. Lillig become Emergency Administrator of Ms.
Caffrey’s Estate under false pretenses and the fact that you were not released from Guardianship
until June 2004 the RV should have been paid off upon the death of Ms. Jean Caffrey, you are
responsible for these debts.

Expenses paid by Janet D. McDonald:

RV Payments, insurance $500.00 month for 29 months = $ 18,705.00

RV tags $ 1,358.64
RV Carburetor $ 220.00
RV upkeep (electricity, cleaning gen. Maintenance, warranties, etc) $ 2000.00
Replacement of 2 freezers: Kenmore and GE that were stored @ Caffrey’s $ 1200.00
Replacement of 1000 pounds of venison $ 4000.00
Aquarium owned by one Dennis McCarthy $ 800.00
Kitchen cabinets owned through demolition rights for My Kitchen $ 3300.00

Interest 29 months: $ 2,658.18
RV Payoff amount: $ 27,619.93

The fact remains that the RV loan should have been paid off upon the death of Ms. Caffrey and I
continue to make this payment.
A Certified Check or Cashier’s Check payable to Janet D. McDonald will be expected
within 14 days of receipt of this demand, my attorney is aware of this problem and is
prepared to take action on my behalf.
