GARLIC SALAD 1 large head of lettuce, shredded finely 1 small head of cabbage, shredded finely 1 stock celery, shredded

finely 6 medium size carrots, shredded finely Pinch of garlic powder 2 t. garlic salt Mayonnaise make sure all ingredients are chopped finely. Mix all ingredients together. Then add Mayonnaise until it is the consistency of coleslaw. Put in the ref before serving. CHICKEN CURRY 4 large Chicken Breasts cubed Olive Oil 1 t Salt t White Pepper 4 Garlic Cloves- sliced 1 Bell Pepper 1 medium Onion 1 bay leaf 2 T Curry Powder 2 medium Potatoes cubed 2 cup water In large skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil.Add onion, garlic, pep per and saut until onions are translucent Add curry powder to oil mixture and co ok until curry is very fragrant about 2-3 minutes. Add chicken, potatoes and water Cover tightly and cook until chicken and potato es are thoroughly cooked. Potatoes will pierce easily with potatoes and chicken should not be pink. Discard Bay Leaf. Taste curry and add more salt if desired.. CHICKEN PASTA Ingredients Spinach Half and half Garlic powder Seasoned salt Black pepper Sun dried tomatoes Flour Chopped onions Chopped chicken 1. Pasta should already be cooking, before the other ingredients are about to be cooked. 2. Add onions to the pan and let them cook until they are translucent. 3. Add olive oil before draining the pasta. Pasta is done once it isn't hard and is edible. 4. Add the chicken and turn the heat up a little bit. 5. Add garlic and put the top on. 6. Season the chicken with seasoned salt, garlic, and black pepper.

7. Add spinach as thechicken and vegetables are closer to getting done. 8. Mix half and half and flour before adding to the other ingredients. Stir well . 9. Add to the pan with the other ingredients. 10. Add sun dried tomatoes. 11. Let it cook for a minute. 12. Dump the pasta into the pan, once all the other ingredients are ready.

MAC AND CHEESE Macaroni and Cheese 16 oz elbow macaroni 1 cup Milk 1t Salt 1t Pepper 1t Garlic powder t paprika 2 T Flour 2T butter 1 cup Shredded sharp Cheddar cheese 6 slices cheese Garnish: cup shredded mild cheddar cheese Prepare macaroni according to package instructions In sauce pan over medium heat combine milk salt, pepper, garlic, paprika, and ch eeses. Stir until cheeses melt completely and add flour. Add cooked macaroni to cheese mixture. Mix completely. Spray 9x12 baking pan evenly with non stick cooking spray Pour macaroni mixture into prepared pan. Bake for 20 minutes until bubbly Sprinkle with remaining cheddar cheese and bake for 5 additional minutes. Let stand 5-10 minutes before serving.
