4. FIRST AID MEASURES Eye Contact None under normal conditions. If ignited, carbon dioxide gas will be released causing irritation to the eyes upon contact. Remove affected person immediately then rinse eyes of affected person for at least 15 minutes. None expected from product under normal conditions. Remove to fresh air and seek medical assistance if adverse reaction to adhesive should occur. In the event epoxy sheet flooring is ignited move the exposed person to fresh air. If breathing is difficult, properly trained personnel may assist affected person by getting prompt medical attention while keeping the affected person at rest.

In the event choking occurs, remove lodged pieces by all means necessary and seek medical attention if choking persists. Swallowing a small amount will cause subject to experience feelings of nausea. Seek medical assistance if a considerable amount has been swallowed.

Joints to be welded with weld rod and hot air gun. Weld rod consists of a mixture of epoxy resin, color agent, and talcum powder. Alternatively, joints can be filled with pure epoxy resins. Provide good ventilation during application of both methods. Observe PPE regulations and handling/inhalation precautions for weld rod and epoxy resin materials. Be familiar with MSDS for respective material of choice.
