Manage and coordinate the direction, set up, and ongoing processing of multiple clients 401k benefits administration systems which support in excess of 60,000 participants. Convert, update, and maintain client requirements according to comprehensive analysis specifications. Design, update, and deliver unit, integration, regression, and acceptance test plans. Coordinate and coach Setup Analysts on the configuration and testing of the technology platform. Design test plans (unit, integration, regression, and acceptance) and incorporate recommended updates into test plans.
