ZAHIDA FAROOQ As a Marketing Manager I m going to brief you about the marketing strategies of our new project ZEBAISH For the purpose of marketing and advertisement we have arranged fashion shows in various shopping malls and hotels including Pace, Siddique Trade Centre, Metro, Mall of Lahore, PC, And Avari Lahore. We had hired top models for the purpose of advertisement. Fashion shows held in various areas give a very positive response. The results of these fashion shows were very good. Our products and accessories were liked very much. I had held meetings with different area managers of Lahore and we decided to advertise through Bill boards, Posters, and Pamphlets in different areas including Gulberg, Defence, Model Town, and Wapda Town. We had also commercialized our product on various T.V Channels like Style360, Indus, ARY, and AAG. We are almost 80% succeeded in attracting customers Zebaish has successfully maintained its relations with existing clients and attracted a number of new ventures too and being the market leader we are developing new products and diversifying Product mix to furnish ever changing market demands. This has started showing some good early signs of possible improvements in upcoming months and orders influx may increase sharply in next two quarters If the response of our product remained the same we would be able to launch our product in other big cities like Karachi, Islamabad, and Faisalabad. We should apply all marketing concepts in our productivity, selling and marketing to earn maximum profit. HEAD OF LABOUR DEPARTMENT


SIDRA SHOUKAT As a head of labor union I have done my best to solve problems regarding labors and employees. During the year 2011, for processing business, we have given our primary attention to increase the plant and production efficiency by optimal utilization of human resources to cater its customers demands in best possible manners For the production of our products we considered both type of industries Higher and Cottage. We gave 6 month time period to our cottage industry. They took it as a challenge and completed their task in 5 months and 15 days. For their efficiency and for motivation incentives were given to them. Higher industry also completed work on time. The labors of both industries are satisfied with us and they didnt create mess during their work. If any worker had some issue or problem they discussed it with head of labor department and dont create mess at their work place. We are also satisfied with our labors and their work. Latest machinery was provided to production department and some machinery was imported from Japan for the manufacturing of shoes. And everything is going fine. CEO: Have you started any system of extra working hours? HEAD: Yes Sir, and for the motivation of labors company pays them extra payments for extra working hours. CEO: Ok. Any other problem regarding labor or employees?

HEAD: No Sir, but some labors are facing transport and housing problems because they mostly come from other cities. So transport and housing facilities were provided to them.

Being a finance manager, first of all I would like to tell you about the brief financial history of our company Zarish.

Zarish commenced its business in 2000 with a capacity of 20 lines. With a dedicated team of professionals, its efficiencies have been remarkable and comparable with its competitors operating in the same business. The world economic recession hit ZARISH Apparel as well during the year and sales were dropped significantly. One major problem faced during the year ended June 30, 2010 was the deteriorating financial position of major customers our strategies helped us to recover from the recession and we are now backing on track with capacities fully booked for the next financial year. Our marketing strategy has been to diversify both customer wise and product wise.

The company issued 79 892 858 Ordinary Shares of Rs.10 each, paid at Rs. 25 per share (Inclusive of premium of Rs. 15 per share).Thus, the paid up capital of the Company has increased from Rs.1 597 857 170 to Rs.2 396 785 750 by issue of Said right shares. The funds were utilized by the company to meet the working capital requirements and to counter the liquidity crunch of banks. When the company started new project ZEBAISH it seemed that this project will not work well due to the current situation of our country but the growth rate earned through this project is remarkable. We have earned almost 25% profits over our investment. Prices are satisfactory and they are suitable to a laymans income. Zebaish not only cover the elite class but majorly middle class of our country. The Company not only thanks full to all our bankers for providing loans but also the skilled and determined team of professionals for making our investment valuable.

We are trying to enter the techniqual textile area which has unlimited scope that needs to be tapped according to our needs. For textile sector in pk the last year was one of the most volitial due to a no of reasons. Electricity shortage crisis. Current political situation of our country. Medium size production house. Inflation. Now our company think to concentrateon extending renewing th e variouse part of the IT nfrastructure in advance of the strategic technology plain as well as upgrading computer system and improing procedure.
