Contempt Petitions will be listed before the Benches as per the Roster only when Hon'ble Judges /Judge are/is not available. 3. All lunch motions, Miscellaneous Petitions (other than Review) and requests shall be made/posted before the respective Bench. 4. All miscellaneous applications such as WPMPs, WAMPs, CMPs, Crl. MPs., relating to final hearing matters shall be posted before the Bench having final hearing provision for that category. 5. First Appeals and City Civil Court Appeals (other than Land Acquisition Appeals) exceeding valuation of Rs. 10 Lakhs, including CMAs, shall be posted before Division Bench.

6. Civil Motions pertaining to categories of Civil Revision Petitions and Second Appeals (SAs) shall be moved before the concerned Portfolio Judge in charge of the District. In the event of the absence of any Honble Judge on any day the civil motions may be moved before the Civil Admission Court on that day. 7. All Civil Revision Petitions (except the Civil Revision Petitions filed against orders under the Arbitration Act) including Petitions under Article 227 of the Constitution of India and Second Appeals for Admission shall be posted before the concerned Portfolio Judge. 8. Matters may be assigned to any Bench under daily orders of Hon'ble the Chief Justice. ***
