Highest educational attainment was High School Graduate. She is currently living with her husband, a son with a family, and a daughter with family. Reasons for devising the Teaching Plan: This teaching plan will serve as a guide to be able to discuss important topics for home visit and serve as a device to work effectively and to have a well organized implementation. This teaching plan was devised since client Teresita Manlupig claimed that hypertension is their heredofamilial disease. General Objectives: Within 30 minutes of student nurse-client interaction, the student nurse will be able to facilitate home visit properly and will be able to teach the client on the prevention and health promotive practices well.
