La nostra azienda ha iniziato come attivit di soli montaggi ed assistenza industriali, acquisendo una notevole esperienza anche nel settore degli atomizzatori. Con gli anni abbiamo appreso che le camere di atomizzazione degli atomizzatori, di marca o dimensioni diverse, sono sovradimensionate rispetto alla produzione nominale della macchina allo stato originale.

Our company started its business with industrial installations and service only, acquiring a signifi cant experience in spray driers, too. In the years, we learned that the spraying chambers in the spray driers of different dimensions or makes are oversized compared with the rated production of the machine at the original state.

Nuestra empresa empez dedicndose nicamente al montaje y a la asistencia industrial, adquiriendo una notable experiencia tambien en el campo de los atomizadores. Con los aos, hemos aprendido que las cmaras de atomizacin de los atomizadores, de marcas o dimensiones diferentes, son demasiado grandes para la produccin nominal de la mquina en su estado original.

Per far fronte ad esigenze di spazio dei nostri clienti, abbiamo studiato dei sistemi di potenziamento che garantiscono risultati soddisfacenti di produzione con ridotti impieghi di denaro rispetto allacquisto di una nuova macchina. Ad esempio, un atomizzatore con una capacit di evaporazione di 6.000 LT H2O/ h dopo il potenziamento potr garantire 9.500 LT H2 O/ h evaporati.

To meet the space requirements of our customers, we have studied potentiation systems that ensure satisfactory production results with reduced investments in respect to the purchase of a new machine. For example, a spray drier with a capacity of 6.000 Lt of evaporated water/h, after the potentiation can guarantee 9.500 Lt of evaporated water/h.

Para responder a las necesidades de espacio de nuestros clientes, hemos estudiado sistemas de potenciacin que garantizan resultados de produccin satisfactorios con reducidas inversiones, en comparacin con la compra de una mquina nueva. Por ejemplo, un atomizador con una capacidad de evaporacin de 6.000 Lt H2O/h podr garantizar 9.500 Lt H2O/h evaporados despus de la potenciacin.

Pour faire face des exigences despace de nos clients, nous avons tudi des systmes daugmentation de puissance qui garantissent des rsultats de production satisfaisants avec des emplois dargent rduits par rapport lachat dune nouvelle machine. Normalmente, per poter elaborare lofferta mandiamo un tecnico specializzato, che oltre a studiare limpiantistica del sistema di potenziamento, fa un check-up completo allatomizzatore questo per cercare possibili parti danneggiate (esempio: cono, cilindro, diffusore aria calda, tubazioni aria esausta, cicloni ecc..) che impedirebbero il massimo rendimento della macchina.

Usually, in a way to elaborate the offer, we send a skilled technician, who besides to study the engineering of the potentiation system, he totally check the spray drier to find possible damaged parts (e.g.: cone, cylinder, hot air diffusor, exhausted air pipings, cyclones, etc...), that could prevent the full performance of the machine.

Generalmente, para poder elaborar la oferta enviamos un tcnico especializado, que adems de estudiar la instalacin del sistema de potenciacin hace un chequeo completo del atomizador, para buscar posibles piezas daadas (ejemplo: cono, cilindro, difusor del aire caliente, tubera del aire consumido, ciclones, etc...) que impediran el mximo rendimiento de la mquina.

Normalement, pour pouvoir laborer loffre nous envoyons sur les lieux un technicien spcialis, qui non seulement tudie les installations industrielles du systme daugmentation de puissance, mais qui fait aussi un check-up complet de latomiseur ce pour chercher des pices endommages ventuelles (par exemple : cne, cylindre, diffuseur dair chaud, conduites dair puis, cyclones, etc. ), qui empcheraient le rendement maximum de la machine.
