Type MS45x: This type of manual motor protector is suitable for use with single and three phase motors up to 50hp. It is also suitable as motor disconnect in single motor applications and group motor installations as outlined in NEC. There are 3 thermal setting ranges from 28 to 50 Amps. This type of ABB Manual Motor Protection Device has short circuit current ratings of up to 65 kA. Type MS49x: This type of manual motor protector is suitable for use with single and three phase motors up to 100hp. It is also suitable as motor disconnect in single motor applications and group motor installations as outlined in NEC. There are 6 thermal setting ranges from 28 to 100 Amps. This type of ABB Manual Motor Protector has short circuit current ratings of p to 65 kA.
