The Alcatel-Lucent 5780 Dynamic Services Controller (DSC) is an advanced policy control platform that offers wireline, wireless and converged networks policy control, Wi-Fi access control, Diameter routing, and advanced personalized services and self-care. It empowers service providers to offer innovative and optimized services to their customers, while generating new revenue streams. Available over multiple hardware configurations, including virtualized model, it comes with a unique rules engine design called Agile Rules Technology (A.R.T.), providing flexibility, high performance, scalability, ease-of-use and maintainability across wireline, wireless or converged networks.
