Document Title: Stepwise Document for Load Monitoring Failures

Scope of Document: This document helps us understand the steps to be followed incase we encounter a failure in the daily load monitoring process. Steps: Step1: The Identification of a chain failure would be done through the program /SSA/BWT through which we monitor all the chains. Step2: If the chain fails, go to the process chain and identify the failed process type Step3: Right Click on the failed process type and read the error message. Incase of load failures, if the display messages is not comprehensible, then go to the process monitor of that particular failed load and try to analyze the issue in the details tab. Given below are a few examples of failures that are commonly encountered on daily basis: 1) Changerun Failure: If you receive any of the below errors:

After taking the corrective action if you have repeated the process chain then the Chain would move ahead once the failed process type is successfully completed. However if you have taken manual action on the failed process type then you have to force green the failed process type by following the below steps Step1: Right click on the failed process type and go to the display messages
