Polyaspartic Polyureas We have wide range of coatings that are suitable for numerous applications and not only for industrial/commercial use. Polyaspartic Polyurea has unlimited advantages over other coatings on the market as it is an Elastomer, so it stretches and moves with the substrate which gives a waterproof, corrosion and chemical resistancy with a seamless floor every time. It is easy to use with a 1:1 ratio and can be applied all year round in one day. It can be applied in temperatures from -20C to 60C. It is a roll on process but can also be sprayed so is ideal in the workplace or home and has virtually no odour unlike most epoxy resins and polyurethanes, due to their high VOC levels. It is 98% more flexible and four times stronger than epoxy resins. It displays fast cure times with excellent adhesion and provides a glossy smooth finish when cured, application possible in thin and thick coats, as needed... Polyurea Polyaspartics displays excellent chemical resistance, water insensitivity and UV resistance at a wide range of temperatures. All products can be offered with a non-slip surface to your requirements i.e. walkways / footpaths. All slip resistant tests will be carried out once the application has been completed on site. At that time the relevant certification will be issued. It is available in clear water transparent version and can be custom tinted on request. Different coloured flakes and quartz are also available.

Incorporated Bio-Static Antimicrobial Technology safely and permanently protects the Polyaspartic from the harmful degrading effects of bacteria, mould, mildew and fungi. The Bioflex range has been successfully tested against over 50 common organisms such as MRSA, E.coli, Salmonella, Listeria, Pseudomonas, and Aspergillus Niger. By itself, without the incorporated B-SAT, it does not support the growth of bacteria. Just like polyureas... The excellent chemical resistance (eg. 10% or 50% sulphric acid) makes it an ideal area protection system for difficult applications where epoxy or polyurethane would not have a chance to last longer than 24 hours... It can only be compared to classical polyurea floorings... Yet... It is faster... It is UV resistant... It can be applied in below O OC... It looks beautiful... And it is less expensive per coat...
