Breeden described another video he had seen in which a man boarded a.bus after an accident. When he tried to daim an injury from the accident, the video dearly showed hls cl.iro to be fraudulent. The video is recorded on a.computer hard drive, which' can be removed 'lVitb. a' key a.nd ta.ken to a pers~nal computer d for viewing. The hard drive is design~ specifically for a mobile unit and the onboard computer is dust proof, Water proof and holds up under heavy vibration. The cameras will record whenever the engine is turned on. The hard drive ha.s a 40-hour ca.pacitYjafter which it reco1'ds over previously recorded information. Operators can press an event switch to save video in case there is an occurrence. When activated, five minutes of video d before and after the switch being pusbe is automatically recorded. Metro has tested RoadRecorders on a.

Rt. 3: The last p.m. Kenwood/Montgomery trip has been eliminated and minor time changes have occurred to accommodate changes. Rt. 23: Two a.m. and t\vo p.m. trips have been eliminated and minor time changes have occurred to accommodate the service. Rt. 40: The last a.m. inbound trip and the last p.m. outbound trip have been eliminated and minor time changes have occurred to accommodate the service. Rt. 42: New reverse commute service has been added and minor time changes have occurred to accommodate the serVIce. Rt. 50: The last two p.m. inbound trips from Saylor Park have been eliminated. Rt. 52: Park & Ride at the Plantation has been eliminated. Rt. 71/72: Two a.m. and two p.m. trips have been eliminated between Paramount's Kings Island and downtown. Minor time changes have occurred to accommodate service. Direct service to University of Cincinnati has been eliminated on weekdays. Rt. 75: The last p.m. outbound trip has been eliminated. Name Change: Please note that time points marked "Western Woods Mall" on Rts. 33 and 39 are now marked "West Town Centre." Other minor weekday change~ ww: made on Rts. 4,26,33.
