Reason People Quit Their Jobs

According to the survey of NDTV PROFIT more than 25% of Indians quit their jobs in this year. The survey conducted by global Human Resource and Management Consultancy. Survey state that Indian employees are concern about fairness of their compensation and career objective, this is the key reason for switch jobs. India is expected to lead the region in turnover rates at 26.9 % (in organised sector) in 2013. Badbossology.com said that more than 1 million employed U.S workers concluded that the No.1 reason people quit their jobs is a bad boss or immediate supervisor. When Badbossology.com did its own survey of 1,180 people, it found that fully half of us working slobs would fire own bosses. People Leave Managers Not Companies Now days this trend is comes to in every country or in every organization. Boss is the main reason for leaving the organization, when employees get frustrated from their senior boss so they can go for quit from organization. Common Bad Bosses Behaviour Bullying, incompetence, Harassment & Discrimination, Inadequate Compensation, culture of Organisation. Here are six reasons why good employees quit their jobs except Bad Boss 1. No Vision: If the employee has no vision for their future goal, so their mind get distracted and they think about to change the jobs. 2. Self Motivation: If employees has no self motivation thinking so he will not able to survive in any of the organization, because he dont get motivated himself/ herself towards their future growth. Every famous personality is having their self motivation power, like- Steve Jobs, warren Buffett, Rattan Tata, Bill Gates and Narayan Murthy. 3. No Future: Some of the managers are holding regular performance reviews with their employee and employees often dont understand how to move either horizontally or vertically in an organization. 4. Work Environment: Sometimes employees are not satisfied with the work environment, cultural of the organisation, so they will think about to move from organization. 5. Career progression: According to Antal Russia Recruitment company around 68% of employees quit their jobs due to career progression, if employees found that current organization is not giving them career progression for future, so they go for other organizations. 6. Promotion: 22% of world wide employees quit jobs due to late promotion, or if they perform well and company is not giving promotion, they get felling unsecure and go quit.
