ACHIEVEMENTS
In 2005 I established club for HR-managers. Within one year I have been organising and leading meetings of HR-club with the following subjects: change management in organisations, development of motivation system, assessment of personnel etc. From 2006 till nowadays HR-club exists as an on-line network named International Club of professional business trainers, consultants and facilitators. That network has more than 650 members and on-life meetings once a month.
From 2005 till 2008 I was involved in creating a major project for the Vladimir Potanin Charity Fund. The project included: Leading workshops for students Teaching leadership and self management skills Advising and accompanying students to regional business skills competitions
I wrote papers and articles for various professional publications in Russia and became a co-author of the books How to become a business trainer, Jokes for business trainers (2 parts) with my own illustrations and Backstage of business training or 1001 advice from expert trainers I designed scripts for 2 video cases (conflict resolution and situational leadership) for students of MBA programs (Russia). During the last eight years I conducted more than 500 training sessions (Russia, Estonia, Germany and Australia).
