PRAYERS FOR THE DECEASED: We pray for our loved ones who have died recently,
especially Bernard Holley Sr., Marie Hanrahan, Laurette Cloutier and Lawrence
Dubeau.
PRAYERS FOR THE SICK AND SHUT-IN: “Let us raise up in prayer those who seek
God’s healing love, those at the hospital, hospice and at home. May your struggle
be consoled by Christ’s love“.

ST. FRANCIS XAVIER PARISH BURSARY: Reminder ► The annual high school
recipient of the parish bursary is chosen by the Pastoral Council at
their June meeting. A student from either high school in Renfrew may
apply by picking up the necessary paperwork from the parish office.
Applications must be returned to the office by June 1st.

A station is set up in the entrance of the church THIS WEEKEND AND NEXT WEEKEND.

CHURCH CROSS PAINTING: The painting of the church cross in the


steeple is slated to begin on June 2nd and will take about a week. Not
only will it be something to see – it will be a major repair to pay for!

To date approximately half of the 2500 books of tickets have been sold and the monies returned. All
who have helped by buying or selling tickets are to be commended for their generous and unfailing
support of this valuable parish fundraiser. The monies raised from the Lottery go to ongoing upgrades
to the infrastructure. Thank you for your tremendous support! If you have tickets please return, sold
