PROJECT STATUS REPORT PURPOSE To be able to discuss what the group have done and accomplished from July 1, 2013 to July 5, 2013. To be able to discuss what the group have plan to achieve next week ( starting July 6, 2013 up to the next date of project status report).

PROJECT STATUS REPORT TEMPLATE Project Status Report Details The group completed the Event table, CFD, DFD, Use Case and Use Case Full Description. The Project processes on schedule. The Project is still on process. o The project is a database system for Brgy. Bangkal PhilHealth ng Masa Center. The system aims to help PhilHealth ng Masa Center to have a systematize way of organizing, tracking and retrieving members records o The Milestone deliverable since last reporting period is creating an Event Table, CFD, DFD, Use Case, and Use Case Full Description which is needed to be done on/before the deadline given to us which is on the 5th of July, year 2013. o If our milestone deliverables is success we could go to the next milestone deliverables scheduled which is to create an ERD, Data Dictionary and our Database Storyboarding, this could help us to maximize our time and to make it more presentable, while if our milestone deliverable is failed, we cannot proceed to the next phase because we need first to fix any problem regarding to our milestone deliverables, this problem could affect our performance because our time will be limited since we will continue to work again on the previous stage. The group should finished Database System design storyboard and start to build their database system prototype by July 8, 2013 in order to keep up with the schedule. The group must conduct an interview again with Ms. Daisy if there are any issues and concerns regarding the database system design.

The group also completed the Event table, CFD, DFD, Use Case and Use Case Full Description for the database system of Brgy. Bangkal PhilHealth ng Masa Center and presented it to Mr. Rodel Urani.
