General Overview
Activity Description: This documentation contains work instructions on how to use out of office message through a shared mailbox.

One way of obtaining Quicklook ID is through the address book on outlook. (see figure 1)
(Figure 1) In the address book scroll to the right of the window to see ID number. (Figure 1.1) Quicklook ID is highlighted in green.

2.1 In setting up new profile, you will need to close MS outlook. 2.2 once MS outlook has been closed. Proceed to control panel and open Mail icon. See Figure A

4.1 Before opening MS outlook go back to control panel and open Mail Icon. See figure A. Follow steps 2.3 and 2.4 to reach 2.5. when you reach the Mail Window; See figure A.3
Figure A.10 In figure A.10 select Prompt for a profile to be used Hit Apply and OK this will allow you to select a profile upon opening MS Outlook. You may revisit this window and undo the prompt by selecting always use this Profile and choose Default Outlook Profile.
4.2 Open MS outlook and it will prompt you to select profile, select your new profile and hit OK.
