Welcome to the latest edition of our Nubar and Palms Extra brochure. Since the launch of our last edition, we have continued to go from strength to strength with new products and, of course, plenty of colour! We are delighted to be showcasing the entire Nubar Range as well as our ever popular Salon Essentials and some great new products.

The Nubar Training Programme offers Courses and Workshops from complete Beginners through to experienced Technicians looking to develop their skills. Central to the success of our established courses is our Team of experienced and highly skilled Educators who have an incredible passion for the industry and are dedicated to helping their Students succeed.
At Nubar we put a great emphasis on helping our Students to achieve great results in their own way and at their own speed. Our classes are deliberately small to guarantee that every Student gets the most out of every day of their Training. Trading Terms & Conditions

General Trading terms and conditions apply in Great Britain and Northern Ireland and are subject to alteration without notice. Acceptance of these conditions shall be implied by the placing of any order. All communications shall be directed to the companys registered office at: Palms Extra Ltd. Unit 7, Holkham Road, Orton Southgate, Peterborough, Cambridgeshire, PE2 6TE. Orders Orders will be accepted for execution at prices ruling at date of despatch and in packaging available at that time. Palms Extra Ltd. reserves to itself an absolute discretion as to the acceptance of orders and no responsibility is accepted for delay in delivery of any order. Risk and Property No title to or property in the goods delivered shall pass to the purchaser until full payment, including any tax, has been made to Palms Extra Ltd. Until payment for goods is made the purchaser shall hold all goods delivered on a fiduciary basis only. The purchaser however has the rights to sell such goods but shall, to the extent that payment has not otherwise been made, hold the proceeds of sale thereof on behalf of Palms Extra Ltd. Terms For carriage charges see current order form. Palms Extra Ltd. reserves the right to charge carriage on any order. Where credit terms are offered payment shall be made within 30 days of date of invoice. Palms Extra Ltd. will set credit limits for each account without consultation and reserve the right to change without prior notice. If our payment terms are not adhered to we reserve the right to charge interest on overdue accounts at 1.5% per month. A charge of 25.00 will be made for any cancelled or returned cheques. Carriage On delivery of goods, cartons must be signed for. Any damage or shortage must be notified to Palms Extra Ltd. within 48 hours of delivery both to carrier and to Palms Extra Ltd. If goods are not received in full as specified on the invoice by the 10th day from the date on the invoice, a written notice must be sent to Palms Extra Ltd. otherwise responsibility for non delivery cannot be accepted. FREE Delivery on all orders 100 (ex VAT) Orders under 100 (ex VAT) subject to delivery charge of 5.50 (ex VAT) Saturday delivery options available but will be subject to additional carriage cost. Please enquire for details. Returns Goods can only be returned by prior arrangement with Palms Extra Ltd. Returns Policy Palms Extra Ltd. advises that all goods be carefully inspected on receipt to ensure satisfactory condition. 1. Palms Extra Ltd. must be informed by telephone (0800 252172) or by email (info@palmsextra.com) of any unwanted goods within 7 working days of receipt of the order. Goods are to be returned by the Customer using Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. In order to deal with the return efficiently, a Returns Code will be supplied that must be quoted on all correspondence. A refund or credit will only be issued on unopened, unused goods that are returned in perfect condition for re-sale. 2. Palms Extra Ltd. must be informed by telephone (0800 252172) or by email (info@palmsextra.com) of any goods damaged, sent in error or deemed faulty within 7 working days of receipt of the order. Where product arrives damaged or has been sent in error, a Returns Code will be allocated to quote on all correspondence and a refund or replacement will be offered. In the unlikely event that goods are deemed faulty, a Returns Code will also be issued with a credit or refund only being issued on receipt and inspection of the product. Palms Extra Ltd. are not bound to refund, replace or credit items that are not visibly / obviously damaged, faulty, sent in error or deemed unwanted by the Customer. This is at the discretion of the Company.
