Whats new For the Champions Trophy * You have the option of editing you team name/location and email id by going on to Manage Team and clicking on Edit Profile component which is positioned next to t he Logout button. * You can now see the amount of points a particular player has earned in the Man age Team section. * You can select 6 players from a particular team. Selecting Your Team To start picking your team, you'll need to log in. You first need to register yo ur personal details by entering your email address and password (even if you hav e entered previous Cricinfo fantasy games), and on subsequent visits, simply log in with these details. Alternately, you can use either your facebook or twitter accounts to login. Start by selecting a team name. For the Champions Trophy, you must select your 1 1 man team (with one player designated as your captain) using a budget of 100 mi llion dollars, with no more than 6 players per team, ensuring that it complies w ith one of the below specified player combinations. Click on the X icon near the name of the player you wish to transfer out fr om your current line-up and then select the player you wish to come into your te am from the list of available players by clicking on the players name. Press SUB MIT YOUR TEAM button to complete the transfer(s) and return to your team screen. Please note that a simple "one player out, one player in" represents one team ch ange. Five players out and five players in counts as five team changes, irrespec tive of whether they are carried out at the same time or not. The points scored by a player whilst in your team will be credited to your team total. You will not score points obtained by a player after they are sold, nor w

ill you gain the points scored by the incoming player before being brought into your team. Making Team Changes for the Champions Trophy For any given series in the ESPNcricinfo Fantasy Cricket, including the Champion s Trophy transfers are unlimited till the scheduled start of the 1st match of th e series For Eg: The 1st match of the Champions Trophy between India Vs South Africa starts on 6t h June 2013, 15:00 IST. There are no restrictions on the number of transfers you can make before 6th June 2013, 15:00 IST. Transfers are deduced only after the scheduled start of the 1st match of the ser ies/tournament Deadline for making your transfer for a particular Game day in Champions Trophy is 15:00 IST (when it is a day match) & 17:30 IST (when it is a day night match) Please note that Indian Time = GMT+5.5 hours, UK (Summer) Time = GMT+1 and US Ea stern Time = GMT-4. All transfers must be made before the scheduled start of the Game day you wish t o make changes for. Transfers made after the scheduled start of the Game day, wi ll be applicable only for the next Game day. Number and Division of the Transfer for the Champions Trophy You can make up to 36 transfers during the Group stage of the Champions Trophy. The Group stage will start on June 6 2013, 15:00 & end on June 17 2013, 17:30 IS T. In addition to the balance transfers remaining from the Group Stage, if any, you will be provided a bonus of 12 transfers on 18th June 2013 (05:00 IST) for Knoc k out stage of the tournament which begins on June 19 2013, 15:00 IST Captain changes for the Champions Trophy Captain changes are unlimited throughout the competition and can therefore be ch anged prior to the scheduled start time of every single Game day. Scoring Points The scoring system for Cricinfo Fantasy League is easy to follow, with points up dates within an hour of the completion of each match. Your 11 man team will score points based on your players' bowling, batting and f ielding performances, as well as for the official Man of the Match. Your captain scores will score double points for the team. Core Scoring: * Runs scored: 1 point per run scored * Wickets taken: 30 points (if the batsman dismissed is classified as anything e xcept Bowler ). 20 points (if the batsman dismissed is classified as Bowler ).

* Catches: 10 points per catch held * Stumpings: 10 points per stumping * Run outs: 10 points per run-out *In case multiple players are credited with a Run out, the player considered to be most effective in affecting the run out is awarded the points. Addi tional information on the players' availability will be available by clicking th e exclamation mark. In case a player is injured or suspended, the exclamation mark besides the selec ted player will be red, suggesting that the player is inactive. Injuries or suspensions that are officially reported will be captured here. However there may be instances where player availability/unavailability may not be captured. For instance, injuries that take place on match days will not be ca ptured. Early player recoveries that have not been reported may not be captured either. There may also be other instances where player availability/unavailabili ty may not be captured. Keep an eye on the Game Updates for the latest on player availability.
