Thank you for accepting my case Ms. Gertken. I saw this on the internet: http://www.youtube.com/user/25teddyjames?blend=4&ob=5#p/u/0/NOD3GDtr2tw
I really look forward to you having your Lippis moment, like when LACSN got JCRCP 106 taken out of the repertory. "Lippis v. Peters, 112 Nev. 1008, 921 P.2d 1248 (1996). Tenants challenged the constitutionality of JCRP 106 which did not allow the appeal of a summary eviction order from justice court to district court.. The Nevada Supreme Court agreed that under the Nevada Constitution there is a right to appeal summary evictions."
Now, after your big star turn and you go back to replace Sen. Durbin, I hope you will remember us Nevadans.
I look forward to seeing what your first filing will be, or perhaps your first litigation demand letter in my case. Thank you again for taking my case. Hopefully Ms. Soderland will join the case. I attempted to do all those things you mentioned with regard to procurring your services. I have been clear, I want the help my tax dollars have paid for over the years. My case is REV2011-001708. I want an appointment to meet immediately. I am indigent. The Justice Court impermissibly applied JCR of Las Vegas Rule 44 in forcing me to depoist $2,275 into the court's rent escrow account on Oct. 20, 2011. JCRCP 83 requires RJC to imlement, publish, and get approved by the Nevada Supreme Court any such rule the RJC wishes to have similar to Vegas's Rule 44. I my door locks were changed yesterday, that was done prior to my receiving any written order from the court, and service of such order, and without 3 judicial days for mailing passing prior to the lockout or changing of the locks, if that occured. Please contact Casey Baker, Esq. and begin at once on my case. Today, Stephany Shannon refused to identify, by name, the attorney who work for NLS in its Reno office. I am complaining about that now.
I am indigent, I received an IFP from the Justice Court. I make less than $18K a year. From: Rhea Gertken (rgertken@nlslaw.net) You moved this message to its current location. Sent: Wed 11/02/11 4:46 PM To: zachcoughlin@hotmail.com 1 attachment NLS Grievance Procedure.pdf (76.1 KB) Mr. Coughlin:

I have been unable to determine what you were actually requesting in sending the e-mails. I was set to respond when I received your last e-mail regarding the attorneys fees. We would not be able to assist you with the attorneys fees claim, but if you would still like assistance with a landlord tenant matter you would need to contact us by phone or coming into the office to do an intake to make sure that you qualify for our services. We are open Monday-Friday from 8:30-5:00.
