Thank you for showing your interest in AIESEC Global Internship Program. Once you have read the form and are interested in applying, please follow the steps below. 1. Go to www.aiesec.or.id and complete the online registration for Global Internship Program. 2. Complete all sections of this application form and submit all the requirements in PDF file via email. 3. Please include the following documents: An international standard CV copy of valid proof of any English proficiency test (TOEFL, IELTS, etc.) A copy of valid proof of other foreign languages proficiency (additional) Parents/Guardians Endorsement Letter (mandatory if you are under 21 year old)

To submit your application, send the softcopy of this application form and supported documents to aiesecsurabaya.goabroad@aiesec.net Default File Name: GIP_TraineeshipType_FirstName_LastName Example: GIP_MT_Sherlock_Holmes 5. The Selection and Induction Process will be conducted upon announcement from AIESEC Surabaya. You are obliged to follow all steps in order to participate in the program. 6.
