1.1 GENERAL

INTRODUCTION

SHANTIGRAM is initiated by Adani Township and Real Estate Company a high end luxurious township providing all the modern amenities and services also inclusive of every need of personnel life. 1.12 INFRASTRUCTURE FASCILITIES AVAILABLE AT SITE SITE OFFICE


Temporary site cabin has been kept in nursey opposite Meadows phase 1 where site drawings, various essential documents related to site are placed along with office accomodation for engineers.

LABOUR COLONY

Labour colony has been raised by contractor for accomodation of labours working in meadows phase 2. Labour colony are equiped with 24/7 electricity supply and proper sanitation to support hygeine.

CANTEEN

In Shantigram, there are three canteens available at site.1 for labour and 2 canteen are for client. However there is no restriction for anyone to move in any canteen.

TRANSPORT
Adani group offers well transport fascility for their employers. Bus fascility covering main spot in ahmedabad along with bolero jeep for staff member is available. Bikes are also alloted for engineer to move from one place to another in site.

ELECTRICITY

750 Kva main line is provided from torrent power along with distribution feeder where as required for uninturrupted power supply.

LIGHTENING ARRANGEMENT

Bulb, Tubelights, Generator arrangement is always available at site in case to fascilitate workers working at night.

WATER
Land at Shantigram is blessed with ground water which can be used for drinking as well as construction activity. Submersible pump has been placed at borewell providing continuous water supply.

MEDICAL FASCILITY/SAFETY ARRANGEMENTS


First aid is readily always available at site in order to aid the worker in case of any accidents. Workers are provided with safety boots, gloves, belts etc to ensure proper precautionary measures. Workers are also fascilited with workman compensation in case of any loss of life or temporary deficiency to help their families.
