MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING OF THE VC-SSC OFFICERS FOR S.Y. 20132013 HELD AT THE COMPUTER LABORATORY, VELEZ COLLEGE, 3:00 PM OF MAY 10, 2013

After determining the quorum existed, the student council officers of Velez College proceeded to do business. AGENDUM: 1. Changing of signatories in the Official Bank Account of the Velez College-Supreme Student Council The presiding officer, explained about the significance of changing the different signatories in the official bank account of the VC-SSC. He told the body that the previous signatories have either graduated or are no longer officers of the council thus should there be any transactions that the government would like to do with the bank and its bank account, such as but not limited to disbursing of funds, withdrawal of funds, it might not be easy to do for the current government. The presiding officer then asked the pleasure of the body as to the changing of the different signatories particularly the newly elected President, the presiding officer himself, the newly elected Treasurer Ms. Christine Salinas and the newly appointed SSC Adviser Mr. Ebenezer Manzano. A motion was raised by Mr. Dennis Gan, the SSC Premier, relative to the changing of the different signatories. 3 members (Ms. Salinas, Mr. Gan, Mr. Salomon) including the president himself voted yes, the motion is carried. Having been approved by a majority vote of the Velez College-Supreme Student Council Officers, the council has approved the passing of Resolution No. 4 s. 2013-2014, A RESOLUTION TO CHANGE THE
